The Mayor of Male', Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and Members of the Male' City Council visited Maafannu Madharusa yesterday to monitor the school's building and services.
The Mayor was greeted, on arrival, by teachers and students of Maafannu Madharusa. The visit was an invitation by the school's senior administrators.
The school is in need for major renovation and upgrading. The Male' City Council has revealed that plans are afoot to allocate the budget required for the renovation from the MCC's revenue.
