Villimale – Mayor Adam Azim has announced that the cleaning of the entire city is now being undertaken as a dedicated project, with particular focus currently on the Villimale area.
As part of the clean-up initiative, key activities in Villimale include clearing drains and cleaning up vacant lands. Speaking about the project, Mayor Azim noted that some areas of Villimale had not been properly cleaned in many years, prompting the launch of this separate city-wide effort.
Mayor also called on residents to cooperate and take part in maintaining a clean and beautiful environment. “We must all work together to keep Villimale clean and pleasant,” he urged.
In addition to cleaning operations, the city council plans to transform cleared vacant lots by planting various types of trees, including shade trees, flowering trees, fruit trees, and other perennial varieties.
Mayor Azim also reiterated the council’s ongoing appeal to the public to refrain from dumping waste in the streets and empty lands , a persistent problem that has created numerous challenges for the community.
“The goal is to turn every street in Villimale into a pleasant and livable space,” the mayor added.
